SHOTS is provided by BQX Innovation Ltd. Reading it requires no account and costs nothing. These terms cover what you may do with what you find here, and what to do if you hold rights in something on it.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share any card. Links are the intended way to pass a story on, and every card has a permanent address that keeps working.

You may not scrape the site at volume, republish cards in bulk, or present our condensed text as your own. If you want a feed for a legitimate purpose, ask rather than crawl: use contact.

Content and rights

Each card credits the publication whose reporting it condenses and links to their page, and the photograph is theirs. Rights in the underlying reporting and images remain with those publications. Rights in the condensed text and in the site itself remain with BQX Innovation Ltd and the publications that write here.

If you hold rights in something here

If you believe material on this site is used without permission, tell us through contact with the address of the card and what you hold rights in. The card is taken down while the claim is checked. We would rather remove something and discuss it than argue while it stays up.

Accuracy

Cards are condensed from published reporting and can be wrong, whether because the source was wrong or because the condensing was. When that happens we correct it in the way set out on editorial standards. Nothing here is advice, financial, legal, medical or otherwise.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw parts of it.
