ADNOC announced more than AED 60 billion in local manufacturing opportunities through 2030 at the Make it with ADNOC Forum in Abu Dhabi, alongside an overhaul of its procurement, supplier registration and In-Country Value frameworks.

The opportunities cover more than 200 products and a portfolio of spare parts across rotating equipment, electrical and automation systems, drilling equipment, chemicals, piping and heavy equipment. Many are currently imported.

ADNOC said supplier registration time may be cut by up to 80%, with required documents halved and prequalification removed for 60% of service categories. A single window will handle registration, qualification and compliance, with AI supporting document verification.

The updated ICV model will integrate commercial and ICV offers into a single evaluation, retiring the previous bid-matching approach. ADNOC, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology and the Abu Dhabi Investment Office will collaborate to connect manufacturers
